We will help you get back to activities or improve your performance whether it is on an individual basis or as part of a team. “I first met Mel over a year ago when she was recommended to me by a friend after I tore my calf running. After an initial consultation Mel began to assess the injured area and it became clear to her that massage was going to be too painful in the initial rehab stages so she suggested using suction cups to help bring fresh blood to the injured site and get the healing process underway. Two days after this I was able to start running again!

I subsequently saw Mel many times in the coming weeks for a sports massage as I had an important race coming up. Alongside massage she set a series of strength and conditioning exercises to help specifically with the injury. If it hadn’t been for her dedication and skill I wouldn’t have made it to race day!

I have now been getting regular sports massages from Mel and wouldn’t look anywhere else! Not only is she brilliant at what she does but her aftercare is second to none – she genuinely just wants her clients to be better!
