Pre-hab

Pre-hab

Pre-hab is a vital component to helping remain safe and reduce injuries for athletes or general population. This entails identifying your sport and what it demands, the most common injuries in that area and creating a training plan to target this. Again this is not just sports, it goes through any degree of activity, such as evaluating falls risk and working on a falls prevention programme.

Injury Assessment

Injury Assessment

During an injury assessment, we will try and identify what the injury is, what may be causing it and how best to treat it. This will be by taking a comprehensive history of your injury, health and lifestyle. Followed by a physical examination of the injured/painful area and the surrounding structures. Once we have determined what the issue may be we will work on a way to best treat it in a way that can fit around your lifestyle, comfort and ability.

Rehab

Our rehab service aims to get you back to how you were prior to injury and hopefully an even stronger comeback. This can be through utilising a gym with strengthening exercises and building a training programme to get you back to what you wish as identified in your assessment.
