GB Powerlifter Competing in Canada
A small team of us were supporting Amelia whilst she was competing for GB, powerlifting during her first international competition.
Amelia came into us for massage, cupping and to learn what was going on with her body in the final few months before her big competition. She absolutely smashed it with silver in squats 
and bronze in bench
